I have a 2002 WRX with about 15000 miles. I only get about 25 MPG and I'm driving as conservatively as I can to save gas. What's with that? Is that normal?

Remember, it's only rated at 21city/27hwy quasi888 04-25-2003, 08:36 PM  In my dreams I'd be getting 25mpg!!! My WRX is at 2700 miles (2 months old), and I've been getting 21ish MPG (80% freeway, moderatel driving style), and it seems to have gone down a hair since putting on the 18" wheels.
