I am moving across country (Pittsburgh to Seattle. As we are being moved by my girlfriends new employer (the dark empire -Microsoft) I am going to ship the car.

Anyone have any advice. The mover is: Dependable Auto Shippers.

Is it worth the hassle to get a covered carrier?

Just want my WRX t o be safe.

Thanks, Michael

I would get it covered. You never know when they'll be behind a gravel truck, and one little pebble could chip/scratch your car, not to mention crack a window or windshield. It'll also protect it from the elements. Better safe than sorry, besides, Microsoft is paying, right?

That's cool! Microsoft is paying to move your GF and her boyfriend(you) out there? Man, that's sweet! :)
