I installd my SBC-iD. Everything works except my cluster lights and my stock booost gauge dont light up now. I tapped into the Yellow/Green wire to get power.

Also, me and a friend installed a head unit in his rex, followed the directions perfectly, and now his dome lights and clock dont light up. I changed the power source to the ACC, now he has all his lights but nothing saves.

For your SBC-ID, where did you tap power from? I tapped from the radio and never had any issues. For illumination, you should be tapping the orange/white wire IIRC.

For your friend's HU, the reason why nothing saves is that you tapped the ACC wire which only provides +12V when the key is in the ACC or ON position. When you turn the ignition off, the HU loses power and it's memory is lost. You need to tap a constant +12V source. Should be a blue/red wire IIRC. . .you can just use a multimeter and test the wire to find a constant +12V with the ignition off.

Here's a link for a '02 wire harness from the radio: http://www.ravensblade-impreza.com/modifications/misc/wiring/radiowrx.html

For the SBC-iD when I stepped on the gas and boost developed it would reset.

For the headunit. I tried connecting to the yellow and nothing happened.

Can you take a pic of your SBC-iD setup with the wires by any chance?

I edited my original post so take a look. The original wires I mentioned were from my HU harness and not the factory wires. Unfortunately, I removed my SBC-ID a few months ago when I got Ecutek. You should be able to follow the chart above to figure out what you need.

so theoretically all I have to do is ground, and then plug into which color?

And for the headunit I used that chart to no avail.

You can use the ground wire from the HU harness. . .should be black. As for the chart, it was a little difficult for me to follow as well when I did my HU install, but if you stare at it for a bit it should make sense after a while. Some of the wires are flipped IIRC though.

which color for power I neeed my boost gauge and Cluster to light up?

My SBC-iD is bothering me :(

I have everyhing except the power right I think

IIRC there are 2 wires you need. . .1 for +12V constant and 1 for illumination. According to Ravenside's web site, you tap the blue/red wire. I'm looking at the wiring schematic from the Subaru wiring guide and it shows +12V constant as a LR, which is light red I would assume. Illumination should be the orange/white wire.

So put them all together I guess

No. . don't put them all together. If you're not sure, the safest thing to do is to test with a multimeter. The +12V constant will show up as +12V even with the car off. The illumination should not pass any current until you turn on the parking lights.
