I got a set of suby fogs for my rs, I got everything connected including the relay and switch and they don't work. There is no power at all not even the light on the switch works. I checked the bulds and fuse and everythin seems fine.

That's really not enough information to go on. If you have a multimeter or test light start probing around to see if there is power anywhere, double check your connections for correctness and integrity.
You need power and ground to the lights to make them work, one or the other (or both) is missing.
If you feel over your head for what to do next, there should be some local peeps with the skills to help you find the problem. Try a post in Tri-State.
I'd be happy to help but I'm a bit far unless you plan to be down this way.

Is this a factory kit? If so, this might sound basic, so forgive me if you've already done this. The fogs won't work unless the headlights on on, and the main beams are on low beam...all due to regulatory reasons.
