Well, I have been kicking around the idea of selling my RST. Here is what she's got.

And of course the wheels, tires, brakes etc.

Interior modes include:
STi ver 6 seats front and rear
STi ver 6 door sills
Sti replica floor mats
Stock gauge pack housing
Omori Boost, EGT and Oil temp gauges
HKS turbo timer with speed clocks and other goodies to see how fast you go.
JVC KDSH 99 MP3/CD player.

This car has no dings, no scratches, no problems what so ever. It is perfect. I just took it ot the Extreme Autofest and placed second in my class. It is a perfect car. Garaged and only driven on the weekends. Those who know me here on the club know this. I am an anal fool when it comes to my car. I will provide pics of the car upon request. I will not consider parting out the car. So, please don't ask. Too damn much time and effort went into this car to destroy it. I would like to fetch $19,500 firm for the car. Blue book has booked this car in STOCK form for $17500. By the by, this RST is damn fast. As fast as if not faster than a well set up Stage 2 WRX from Vishnu. PM me if you have andy interest. Thanks...

Paul...

How about a NEW lower price? $17,500! That's blue book for a 2001 built up RST

NooOOo, sad news:(
If you do sell it, try not to sell it to some punk or "ricer" with mom and pops money, that would be sooo sad :(
*sniff*

OK, what the heck is the deal. Is it like, after a rs-t guy finally has a built motor and has the car almost perfect powertrain wise...they sell it
None the less, Bump. Its sad news that you wanna sell the car, but its your car and I i'm 100% sure whoever buys it would enjoy the heck out of it.

Im sorry to see your car go. I know youve put a lot of work into it and money. Much more then youll ever see again from selling it but it is a great leaning expierence. Im actually entertaining the idea of selling my car within the next couple of months and getting an sti. good luck.

If I wasn't days away from having my rs-t done, I would consider selling my rs for this. Sounds like a nice setup there. It might help to have pictures up to attract a little more attention.

I wish I wasnt 3000 miles away. Price would have to be brought down if I were to do something. I would be looking more in the neighborhood of 16K. I know that is lowball, but with having to tag it and pay taxes here in FL, I would need the extra 2 grand I had. But, that offer stands, so let me know what you think.

Ya, that is a low ball offer but, closer to 18k would be great. Plus that would make for fun trip home. Rob, cheat or steel the extra 2k. Mom, dad, anybody?

Sorry to hear your selling the car Paul...:(

But, I will vouch that I have watched this car being built, and many questions were asked about EVERY mod. Tuned by the best Subaru tuner in North America, this is one hell of an automobile.

Sounds like a nice setup.

Have any pics? if you do send them to mshreve@direct-is.com

Why are you wanting to sell?

Would you trade a 2000RS and some cash?

props on a very well done car.

is there any chance of a trade + $ on a 2001 black GC8 (slightly modified)?

I understand if you don't even want to humor these attempts, but I would also need to see the price come down in order to fetch it from Minnesota, although, you are right, it would be a fun trip.

Sorry guys, but no trades. The price is fair. I would take 18k at the least. Books out at 17.5k stock. There is a lot of work in this car and I need to get some money it back out of it to help fund my new project.

Mathew,

There is a link for pics farther back on the thread.

I love your car, it looks awesome. I was just wondering a few things. What kind of boost do you run with that lowered compression? and what happened to the original engine when you decided to build up the short block?

so has the turbo been on for 6,000 miles also?

thanks, good luck with the sale.

would you mind selling the I badge to me, assuming you have the stock one laying around. especially if the buyer isn't a fan of pink :)... if you have the coupe wing, i'm interested in that too :)
