my03nywrx 06-04-2003, 12:26 AM Anyone looking for Subaru parts especially WRX (stock, STI & performance after market) Subaruxtras.com (Belknap Subaru of NH) is the first place you should look. STI, Prodrive, & Hotchkis to name a few. I've been ordering parts from them for for the last month. I'm patiently awaiting my Prodrive stage 2 order coming next week as well as the new Carbotech brake pads (should be in friday). :D Ask for Mike. He is very friendly & knowledgable. Unlike my dealership when asked about a part for my friends '04 WRX their answer was "Are the '04's out yet". You can check their website out [URL=http://www.subaruxtras.com] or by phone (603)524-5924. I will post a review of Prodrive & Carbotech as soon as I get them.
WR xplosive 06-04-2003, 12:42 PM I hope the dealership near me has the same quality service/customer service as Belknap Subaru. :(
It was my second time to ordered from them two days ago, and I'm only waiting for the Prodrive muffler to arrive :disco:
I even hesitated to order from them or any vendor from NASIOC because of the nightmare from another vendor. That particular vendor advertised to have the part in stock, 5 days after I paid there was no sign of my paid ordered part. It seems that the so called vendor was being sneaky on running a GB  but advertised in Vendor For Sale 'IN STOCK and A LOT OF THEM.' I asked for the refund but they said they can't. So, I filed a complaint in paypal and used the refunded money to get the Prodrive muffler from SUBARUXTRAS :disco:
Stripe 06-07-2003, 09:49 AM I ordered my exhaust from them on a wednesday. It was in the afternoon, so it didn't ship until thursday. I was told I should have it by Monday. I was extremely happy to walk out my house and see it on my door step the day after it shipped :D Thanks again Mike at subaruxtras.com
WR xplosive 06-09-2003, 05:47 PM Received my Prodrive Muffler and shift-knob a day early
firedog25 06-28-2003, 08:05 PM and inexpensive!
I just got my Subaru factory boost gauge for $189 and change shipped to California. Got the gauge in good time, not like it mattered since it came while I was working. :( Prompt and no hassles. I like http://www.subaruxtras.com :D
redobs 07-09-2003, 03:40 PM Another shout out for subaruxtras.com!!!
This used to be Mike@Exeter. He took good care of me then and still continues to !!
I ordered a set of STi tranny and engine mounts from him last week, and got it the next day!! Plus, he beat every vendor's price!!
ERaab212 08-29-2003, 06:31 PM to bad there sales guy is the biggest moron ever!
I ordered a shift knob as a birthday present for my best freind. his birthday is today and he is coming home from school to have dinner with me and his family. so i needed the knob for today to give to him. it is now 5:00 and i havent recieved the part so I called subaruxtras which turns out to be a subaru dealership to see if the part will be at my house that i paid 2nd day air for. It costed me 20 dollars for a 60 dollar shiftknob. He told me that he had a lot of orders this month and that when he was able to send it out it will be 2nd day.so pretty much he coulda waited a week and send it and it will arrive in 2 days. which is fine and dany when it is probably faster to drive from NY to NH to get it. so i ordered it tuesday night so he might not have gotten around to it til thurday. I asked him for a tracking number and the tracking number didnt even tell me anything. plus the fact he should have been able to tell me when he sent it out if he had a tracking number. Im sure he hasn't even sent it out yet. I wanted to tell him i would rather have spent the 20 dollars on a dildo and shoved it up my arse and the money would have been better spent. what a jackass! people suck! and its a shame when a 18 year old knows more about how to run a bussiness than 98% of all these car part places! In my opininion Nino is the only way to go! he is a great guy and does anything in his will power to get you what he wants.

sup,
i placed an order with them for a 5mt shift knob from momo a few days ago, and they haven't even seemed to have recieved my order 'cause there is no record of them withdrawing money from my bank account
has anyone shopped with subaru xtras and can provide any feedback and previous experiences with their services? thanks in advance for any help. :)
subaruxtra.com 09-09-2003, 09:40 AM Please email me your name and address so I can look into your order. It does take 5-7 days for you to get your order in CA. Here is the thread for the Momo shift knobs check it out.

subaruxtra.com 09-09-2003, 11:08 AM ERaab212: I did not charge you $20 for 2nd day air because you want the deal that I was offering to all NASIOC members. Here is the note you put in the note field (Your notice to us:NASIOC deal ($68) ) Now that is why I did not send it second day air. When you did call I gave you the tracking number and tracked it for you. When I did notice it was not showing any tracking info on the FedEx website which I have seen before on other shipping companies websites. I told you that if you did not recieve it Sat call me Monday and I will take the next step with FedEx to resolve the problem with FedEx I can not control FedEx with updating there info on their site. Your order was also shipped on the 27th of Aug agian no one can control any of the shipping companies. I also called Fedex on your tracking number and they could not even tell me why your order stayed in there warehouse an extra day. I am sorry for this late package. I always tried to get all orders out the same day if not the next day.
Mike
McPhreak 09-10-2003, 06:19 PM Ordered a number of things from these guys. Great service. Easy to talk to. However, there was some funny business going on with FedEx's part that caused my shipment to take over a week to ship and a couple more days to arrive. Wasn't too happy about that. Maybe you guys should look into using UPS instead or something. Looks like I'm not the only one who got a delayed package.
All my frustrations about the late package vanished when I found the free STi blank key they threw in as a "thank you" gift though. Thanks guys!
subaruxtra.com 09-11-2003, 09:38 AM I am looking into UPS as we speak.
Thanks Mike
zosima 10-16-2003, 02:23 PM Got the $300 carbotech pads/speed bleeders/stainless steel brake lines from them (including shipping). Great price!!!
I accidently ordered 2 front pads sets, instead of 1 front set and 1 rear set. I was contacted the next business day for a correction (I ordered after business hours) and then got the shipment 2 days later. I am sure it helped that the shipping was just from NH->MA, but that was lightning fast imho. Mike was great, I definetly recommend these guys!
NJRex 10-28-2003, 01:27 PM Just wanted to say Thanks to Mike at Subaruxtras (Belknap Subaru). Ordered a Prodrive muffler for my WRX yesterday and received it today (one day earlier than expected)!! Great price, great service.

KD7000 01-08-2004, 02:27 PM Another thumbs-up review for Mike & the folks at www.subaruxtras.com / Belknap Subaru.
I ordered some brakelines- they were offering them for a great price, there were plenty in stock, and shipping was super-fast.
Thanks!

V8VENOM 01-21-2004, 05:02 PM I ordered some Carbotech brake pads from www.subaruxtras.com and want to find out the shipping status. It appears their web site is now dead? Does anyone have their phone number?
Thanks, Rob.
subaruxtra.com 01-23-2004, 09:48 AM Our website is up and running. Phone number is 1-800-358-4029
Thanks mike

:) Ordered my shift knob monday and recieved it today thursday. Very fast service! Highly recommended!
italjob 04-07-2004, 11:29 PM Another nice thing about them is that they accept Subaru Bucks from Chase.
earlmale 04-28-2004, 06:50 PM i ordered borla hush exhaust from these guys on April 7th.
Shipping was quick- they didn't give me a tracking number though they had one until i emailed for one.
They sent me the wrong exhaust!!!!! Took my exhaust off, had my car ready to install, i opened the box and ***? this isn't a hush. this isn't even close- single tip, no flange, wrong intermediate pipe.
So i email about this problem and it takes 3 days to get back to me. I get an email saying that they'll look into it. I didn't get a response in 2 days so i emailed finally and they tell me that they'll send me a new one with a return label in it.
about 2 weeks later, i get a return label in the mail- with no exhaust. so i email again, "where the hell is my exhaust"? its been several days with no reply.
I sent the wrong exhaust back, and I haven't heard anything from these fools. They haven't responded to my emails. They just plain suck.
I ordered on April 7th. It is now April 28th and I have no exhaust. I don't even have an apology. Hell, i can't even get them to write me back. A few more days and i'm going to refute the charge through my credit card company.
NEVER AGAIN will I buy from these A-holes. I've never had such horrible customer service in my life. Honestly, this is worse than trying to deal with Comcast.

I suggest you call them directly. www.subaruxtras.com = Belknap Subaru. They are in New Hampshire. I've had nothing but good experiences from using them. Have ordered twice with Mike.

taino211 05-03-2004, 06:17 PM Well, this is my second time ordering from Mike @ Belknap Subaru and have had nothing but good experiences from using them. I ordered some STI Sideskirts from them on a Saturday and got them on Friday.
On a Tuesday (about 3 weeks ago) I asked for a tracking number by e-mail but to this day I am still waiting for a response. In other words, for me the actual goods/shipping time have been good, but their customer service needs some help.
They are slow (almost non-existant) in response to customer inquiries so I would hate to have to have a refund or exchange with these guys cause they are pretty hard to get a hold of.
But again, my experience has been good so I would recommend them to others.
-Ryan
P.S. Since I just got these new STI Sideskirts, anyone interested in OEM WRX side skirts?
subaruxtra.com 05-06-2004, 08:15 AM earlmale: We apologize for the wrong kit you recieved. We started the ball rolling ASAP when you sent the first email. You did get a fast response to both of your emails telling you what was going on. The thrid email you sent you got a response telling you I was out of the office untill April 26. When I got back I had 180 emails to take care of and 3 of them were from you. So that means you got three emails telling you I was not in the office. When I got to your emails I got a update on what was going on with your order and it was on its way to you. What did I do next when I got the update I called the phone number that you gave us on your order. I left two messages and got no call back. Again we apologize for the kit you recieved that was packaged wrong from Borla. It does take time to fix the problem when this happens.
We try to make sure every order we get is package and shipped on a timely manner. But things do happen from time to time that is out of my control. Again we apologize that this happened to your order. I do think when a problem with any order like this happens call there phone number and talk to them in preson.
Again we are sorry for this to happen to anyone of our CUSTOMERS. I hope your install of the kit was easy and you are happy with the exhaust.
Thanks Mike

my04nywrx 05-11-2004, 01:32 AM I have been ordering from Subaruxtras.com since March '03. I never once had an issue with any of the $5,000+ worth of parts I spent with them. I'm now on my second WRX and are still ordering from Mike @Subaruxtras.com. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and by far the best vendor I've dealt with. Earlmale; I don't understand why you just didn't call the 800# they have and talk to someone personally instead of just emailing him. As Mike stated he was out of the office until April 26th and did his best to rectify the situation ASAP. I wouldn't base your opinion on ONE order. If you really want some horrible customer service from the worst vendor then order from Vivid Racing and you will understand what a good A** F*****G is all about.
Sincerely,
Anthony

He is helping me build my wrx into my dream car!

griffinstyle 09-24-2004, 07:56 PM I ordered a set of floormats from Mike, and unfortunately a few days later a Baja trailer hitch showed up (apparently my shipping tags were mixed up with someone elses). So, I was a bit upset that I had received a big box of metal parts instead of the mats. Anyway, I e-mailed subaruxtras.com and got a response pretty quickly, and Mike even called with instructions on how to proceed with the return, and to let me know for sure that the issue was being worked on. I sent the hitch back, and he got the mats on the way to me as soon as possible. Overall, it was a bit of an inconvenience to deal with the return, but everyone makes mistakes and you can't ask for anymore than to have things made right. Mike did this quickly, and the mats did eventually come. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, since I know that even if some mix-up happens, they'll make it right.
Thanks!
my04nywrx 10-30-2004, 09:36 PM For almost 2 years I've been ordering parts from Mike @subaruxtras.com. He is by far the most knowledgeable, honest and friendly vendor I've dealt with. I just ordered and installed a Prodrive PPP3 today and once again I am more than pleased with the results. Kudos to Precisiontuning.com for the install. Thanks again Mike

shiokarh 12-14-2004, 01:57 AM I ordered a set of Prodrive springs and the RB5 spoiler from Mike in the 1st week of November. Got my springs pretty quickly. But until now, I have still not received my Prodrive spoiler.
I have been corresponding with Mike and he's been quite prompt in replying, but the issue remains that the spoiler was suppose to be "in-stock" and now it's coming up to 6 weeks since I paid for it. Mike tells me that the primer job was bad and that they were fixing it. But come on, isn't a month long enough to fix whatever primer problem there was?
I know it's not really Mike's fault, but I'm feeling frustrated and venting here.
Sincerely,
Ian
subaruxtra.com 12-14-2004, 09:32 AM You are correct I did say they were ready to ship. The wait was out of my control I was told they are ready to be sold. They where mistaken there was a problem with the final finish with the primer and quality of the spoiler. I am sorry for the delay and you will have it this week it was shipped out last friday.

Thanks for all your assistance with Prodrive, its in and I love it. I'll really need to bring the car up there sometime so you can check it out. I think brakes or front suspension are next on my upgrading.

my04nywrx 07-29-2005, 12:12 PM Once again I would like to thank Mike @Subaruxtras.com ( BElknap Subaru in NH) for taking good care of me. I have been dealing with Mike for over 2 years now. I can't say enough good things about him. I took my car to his dealership for a clutch job, Subaru 4 pots install & Engine/tranny service. I couldn't be happier with the service and recomendation on the 4 pot calipers. Also had Motul installed in the tranny. Shifts like butter & is much quieter. If anyone needs parts he's the man. If your in the area of Belmont, NH look them up for service or upgrades.
