Ok, I have done a search and have not found adequate information on this. Does anyone know for sure that the STI suspension kit that is offered from the dealer comes with springs? Or was it just a rumor that it came with springs? And one more thing, how much will the suspension kit lower the WRX?

Yes it has springs, and no it doesnt lower the car at all.

From what I've heard it will lower the car 1/2 inch and its a little bit lighter but I don't know the exact weight difference.
