I need to find the tach wire for my 03' wrx and I have already seen the ecu wiring diagram and when I compared it to my ecu it looked nothing like it. Any help would sure be appreciated.

Where did you see it? On the '02 it is a solid green wire and the only solid green on the ecu (if i recall correctly). If no one knows specifically you could remove (or partially remove) the gauge cluster (not hard) and look. If it is still not apparent then perhaps do a continuity check with he ecu.

I have seen the same diagram on several forums and I belive it was originally posted here http://www.ravensblade-impreza.com/modifications/misc/wiring/wrxpin.html but like I said when I compare it to my 03' wrx's harnesses and color codes it looks nothing alike.

Is there a solid green wire on the top row toward the left hand side? (looking straight down at it from above).If it can wait till the weekend I could take a pic. Perhaps someone else knows for sure on your year.
