I need to replace the H4 bulbs soon, but need to know where can I get'm for the most competitive price. I know only of Kragen for about $40 a pair. Any recommended websites?

No matter where you buy, go to sylvania's page (http://www.sylvania.com/auto/silverstar.htm) inorder to get 10 dollars off if you buy a pair of sylvaian's now.

Walmarts got them on sale for 37, combine that with Sylvania's mail-in 10 rebate and you can't go wrong.
