i have a couple rust spots developing I KNOW DAMNIT i flipped when i saw it, i saw it when i was washin it by hand, and is there a way i can get the rust off or like stop the corrosion?, and the light on the shifter that shows what drive your in is dead god knows how, is there a way i can do it myself?and is it ez? is there a website that shows me step by step?thanks for the help

Is the light in the console next to the shifter or in the guage cluster, I don't have an auto so I dunno. If it is next to the shifter it should be easy to fix, 2 little screws in the console compartment and the whole thing should lift out.
