Definetly not pretty by any stretch of the imagination. Is it half as functional as it looks? And hows the performance?

It's a 100% functional, and the performance is neck snapping. It is still running rich due to O2 sensor problems so more power is on it's way.

Is the kit color coated for an easy install or is there just a hodge-podge of hoses? How much boost are you running 5-7?

bratmantlz,
I did the install myself see my other pic post for more info. As to the filter, it's looked that way since day one when I oiled it. It a cheap one and I plan on replacing it with one of better quality.

The kit isn't color coated for easy install. It's a kind of feel you way through it project, in the end it's not to bad and Larry made great directions. As to boost I am running 6psi, which is what my 5psi wastegate came set at, and I am still on my stock clutch not to shabby.

Joshua, why is your bov mounted so far away from the intake piping? Is that the only place it fit? I'd like to check it out in person sometime http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/smile.gif

Your rich problem could be due to the BOV is venting to atmosphere. That "measured air" should be returned to the intake downstream of the air sensor. The system thinks it has more air than it does.

Not bad man, do you have any idea what your 0-60 looks like now?

Ryan, The BOV is mounted so far from the intake piping because even with the BOV provided by JC Sports it hit against the hood. So with the larger Greddy one it really will not fit. I hope to have a new pipe fabricated so that it will mount directly to the piping. And you know where I work so feel free to swing by if you in the area or maybe I will see you at the next meet.
As to in running rich because of BOV in to Atmosphere, I know it's not this because I am running an HKS Super AFR for fuel management and it uses the MAF and specificaly adjusts to Blowing off into Atmosphere and learns how the engine runs. Also because the Subaru Scan tool shows that neither of my O2s are reading.
And 0-60 no clue but it's fast enough for me. I would like to go to a strip once to get some speed readings.
