Hey guys.

I barely got a glimpse of what seemed to be a very nice white wrx with gold wheels and a few blue stickers on it last night. It was turning left from Colorado Blvd onto east bound Hampden at about 7:10pm. It sounded really good too! Who was it?

Was it a wagon? I was sitting in traffic a few weeks ago during afternoon rush hour and this white wagon with a winshield banner and maybe some other stickers drove by the other direction with 2 guys in it. The driver waved to me, but I haven't seen it at any meets. (Even most boner stock WRXs owners wave - must just be cool to own a WRX. :D)

Isn't it awful to be driving in your subie, then you see this nice WRX or RS driving by you, then you give then "boo yah sUBERu's are cool" hand signal,:disco: only to see some old betty driving it like a station wagon!:huh: Damn i hate seeing that, there's no way people deserve these cars unless they USE these cars! I mean, i'll trade you my RS for that WRX (although i'd hate to say goodbye) because we all know these people dont ever rally them, i bet that most WRX's have never left the pavement.:furious: Sigh, it's a cruel cruel world.:(

How sad. You should try it...you might like it! Next RallyCross is in Thornton on July 27. Just SE of I-25 and E-470. See what that WRX is made to do.

What do you have to do to participate in one of these? Do you have to be an SCCA member? What time is it? Thanks.

If you are an SCCA member it costs $25 to enter.

If you are not a member it costs $30 to enter.

Bring a helmet and pump up the tire pressure. RE 92's actually work pretty good.

Registration is between 8-9
Tech is between 8:30-9:30
Drivers meeting is 9:30
First car off at 10
Done by 3pm usually

Normally 30-40 cars though it has been light lately.

That's cool. Bring it down and show it off. Most guys will give you a ride if you have a helmet.

My car gets mad at me if I don't get it dirty:D . I use an alley first thing everyday to work just to hold my car over until the next dirt road comes along. I love the looks I get from people in the mountains in trucks when I go flying by in my 4 dr sedan. Fun times.:banana: :disco: :banana: :disco:

I think I saw this car too. A white wrx sedan with gold wheels and a few stickers. Only saw it in passing while driving around but it looked nice.

I live near Monaco and S. Hampden (not too far from where you saw him) and I have seen that car on Hampden before too...nice car, no doubt about that.

Alright, who's mom/wife/gf was driving a silver WRX wagon with single exhaust and tinted windows I-25 S, just north of 20th/Speer around noon? I just pulled up in the left lane when the bozo in front of me slammed on the brakes, so I didn't get a good look or chance to wave. I was surprised it was a Betty since it was modded and I don't know any Bettys here.
