hey we will need things like plates, napkins and utensils...cooler w/ ice too...maybe ill bring that...oh yea if you're buyin soda, buy cans so that we dont need to buy cups...

also my fam went fishing for salmon last weekend so we have tons of it here...i could get my mom or dad to prepare some so that i could be grilled...that could solve some of the food shortages

kool you guys seem to be getting this thing to gether wel.....as for what we need to bring it mgiht be nice if we did bring a grill and some charcol. umm salmon would be nice to eat, any type of soda will do (im bringing pepsi). just bring stuff that will do good in a picnic enviroment. and no one said you were bringing pancit mike i just couldnt think of anything else to out on your spot for food. you can bring what ever you want *cough cough DOG* :D :lol:

I am assuming someone has scoped this place out good to make sure it will work for us? Good luck getting anyone to get a grill out there, I won't be strapping one to my car.

We need to nail down a date for this, planning it on the same day as an Auto-x is not a good idea. I think I and Maxx_Boost will be heading to the auto-x on Sunday, so if its on the 27th I will probably not make it.

yeah kris i think the date is pretty much solid, sorry man. but yeah check when the auto-x is and psot back here or call me.

No problem, the dates aren't going to work for everyone. I guess I will just miss this one. I just need to make it to an auto-x, has been awhile and I have the itch.

I am planning on having a BBQ meet at my place later on this year, so hopefully I can make it to that one.:D

if it's at service i'm gonna auto-x but if it's in houston then i'm going to the meet...

well if i had gone fishing i'd have salmon but i didn't . i think i've got 2 big coolers i could bring with ice and some pepsi as for paper plates i can get them and some plastic forks otherwise we can eat with our fingers :lol: :lol: :lol: need to know what time we are going to meet up out there???. if i can i'll run up there and see what they have for bbq pits and let everyone know if we need a grill or not

They do have a few pits but better to bring a gril up there.

Hey guys it seems like interest in this meet is flagging a bit. We're comming down to the wire, and I would really like to goto the meet, hell, my sudden surge of working on the WRX is entirely do to wanting to drive out somewhere with my WRX with OTHER WRX's, ya know? I figure instead of 12:00 how bout 1:30? Pretty reasonable if you ask me. If there arent enough people willing to go out to Mirror Lake, then we could always do a restaraunt and then do a drive or something, or however it comes down to. But I would much rather do the Mirror lake thing, I know TribalWRX has been wanting to goto a meet pretty bad. ShortFuse_WRX and I have been talking bout this and we just wanna see it happen, otherwise I will have rushed to fix my WRX for nothing (okay well id still be happy but you know.) Anyways guys lets figure this out, sunday is fast approaching. If need be we can reschedule it, maybe next sunday or saturday. Post up fella's, i dont wanna see my franatic fixing go in vain:disco:
