i am a canadaian impreza wagon owner out of calgary canada.
i recently ordered the clear bumper lens' for the 98-01 outback from streetstyler.com.
well it took a month to recieve the package, but i was forgiving cause of border issues. when i picked the package up there was a set of bumper lights for a impreza rs!!
i emailed the company and they seemed very apologetic and said they would clear up the problem as soon as they found out why i recived the wrong product. Well that was at the beginnig of june. it is now mid july and i have heard nothing from them. i have emailed and faxed them many times and recieve no reply!!!!
can they get away with this?
do i have any recourse?
how can they charge me for a product, make me pay shipping, and then just send what they want to send?:furious:

They don't even list the product you received.

Try calling someone and talk to a real person. That usually gets things going faster.
