Q1: Possible with complete JDM front clip?

Q2: How much more work would it be compared to the typical Motor swap?

Q3: Anyone here done this?

Car: 93 Impreza AWD
Clip: STI Version III

Any info would be appreciated! thanks!

Jason.

what is a typical motor swap?

the trick with subarus is the wireing .. its differnt on almost every car

that said if you have both cars complete and convert the 93 to RHD it should be ok. it shouldn't be terrible difficult as most all of the holes are already there

Typical = Motor, tranny, ECU, propshaft etc...

I think I know everything I need to know about Suby motor swaps for now ... though I'm sure my view on that will change once I get started with the swap. :(

You're making it sound pretty easy... I hope you're not just getting my hopes up!

I'll have to ask my mechanic, he wanted to do it to my car but I didn't want to relearn how to drive. I'll ask him next time I see him. He said, it would be pretty easy. As far as wiring, there won't be any problems since he is buying a full front clip.
