I thought the Forester Turbos made more than that. Oh well, better than what we got here. Looks a lot better too.

All it says is that hp is up to 175 (up 7) & 181lb ft (up 4) and will get to 60 in 7.7sec (8.7 w/auto). S-Turbo now has carbon fibre-look console trim and cruise. Costs £20,745 (about US$29,700!).

In Japan Forester Turbo gets 250ps.

Only Japan gets the full blown Forester. The rest of the world has had 168hp since it came out.

Still, it's far quicker than our 2.5l, and the torque peaks much lower than ours does.

Price is too high, though.

Yea, 175 stinks but with a larger exaust, downpipe and some other goodies you can jump to 230+ very easily.
