Does anybody know any good transmission shop around the bay area. Nearby San Francisco. I just need them to press the gears back on to the drive pinion shaft and the main shaft. I need somebody that knows what they are doing.

Ask Chris at Ispeed who he uses. That guy does quite a bit of work and I haven't heard any complaints.
