I hate doing this, but....

I ordered a part from him over 2 weeks ago to be shipped overnight. The money order was sent (even faxed him a copy of the money order) yet not a single piece of correspondence.

I heard that PDM is moving to a new location, and figured that things might be a bit hectic over there and so I understand. But I've left several voice messages, and have not yet gotten a single reply.

I realize that Joel is an upstanding person in the Subaru circles; which is why I didn't want to resort to this.

So if anyone knows him, can you please verfiy that everything is ok, and that he didn't get into any trouble? I honestly don't mind waiting, if that is in fact what I have to do.

I wanted to further add that I am not implying any foul play.

I'm the guy that waited almost 9 months for an intake, and it was simply because they communicated to me that there would be delays. (this is back in the day when the RS aftermarket was very very young)

I'm just a concerned consumer.

I'm keeping a positive attitude regarding this one because the PM's I got indicate that Joel is a decent guy.

I just hope my $20 for Overnight shipping is reimbursed accordingly.

Stuff like this (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=397355) never used to happen when I first joined this community. I'd hate to think that this is a sign of things to come.

Can anyone in Northglenn confirm that things are hectic for the folks at PDM? I just want some sort of status... anything.

I chatted with Joel at the Mike Shaw Car Appreciation show last Saturday. Things are still hectic as he's still not moved out of his old Garage.

Next time I see him I'll ask him to check out this post.
