Is it really possible to hit 100% IDC on the stock turbo at 16.5psi max?

I just about freaked when I saw my UTEC log for the first time.

Thats first gear with the shift to second at the end. Hit 100% in second, and almost in 3rd before I ran out of room to run.

Also what does it mean when its just ---.- for the IDC?

Looks like the STi injectors and pump will be going in sooner than I thought now that I have a UTEC :) I just didn't think there was so little headroom on the stock ones.

IDC is about airflow, not about PSI..

Put a 20G on your car... you'll be all out of injector by 12 PSI....

crazy stuff :)

I'm learning more in the 6.5 hours since lunch than I have in the past 6 months... This just kicks ass :) Looks like I'll be taking it a bit easier for now.

BTW I'm going to be a real pest in this forum now :lol:

Can't make head or tails of your log.... But, if you are running close to static on the injectors with the stock turbo, you are probably way too rich. I would call Turbo XS and email them your logs, for a bit of help...

I used to hit 100% IDCs stock turbo/ injectors by 5200 rpm with my stage 3. Your probably not that rich, so only remove fuel if your using a wideband.

Whats a safe ammount of fuel to trim off the stage 2 map once I get the STi injectors in there?

Just load up the stage 4 map, but control your boost levels to stock tapers. The stage 4 maps are fleshed out enough to handle you until you get properly tuned.

If you see knock, then do a #1 log and either give it to me in IRC, or post it here, either way, recommendations can be made.
