Just before my wife made me sell my turbo'd 2.5RS we re-did the turbo kit for the new motor and a bigger new turbo. Then she made me trade it in for a 2004 STi and strip the car back to stock.
Now my kit is for sale with a used but tight/good condition VF22 ball bearing turbo with 5 psi wastegate actuator. This particular VF22 has seen a 13.3 qtr mile at 5800 feet in a WRX, and can make 360-375 flywheel HP! The 2.5" downpipe VF22 version kit with AWIC did 202whp at 5800 feet on the dynapack (270 crank) and that car ran a 13.6 in the qtr mile, while a WRX on the same dyno only did 156whp at this elevation (206 flywheel) and WRX's only run a 15.0 qtr mile up here!
It has a 2" up-pipe and 3" downpipe with the upgrade to a SS twin dump catless downpipe with removable track pipe section. Pipes were only used for 1 day. The vacuum chamber and oil feed line are also 1 day old. The pipes will flow enough for a 550-600hp turbo.
The almost new 4- core Laminova tube air water intercooler (with upgraded HKS blowoff valve to atmosphere) is good enough to flow 600hp and cool 600hp worth of hot air. The intercooler and Johnson pump have 1300 miles on them, and the pump rating of 5000 hours is good for 100,000 miles at 60mph. Has a 22b heat exchanger (radiator) and all the coolant lines. Water reseviour is incorporated into the rear of the intercooler. Total fluid capacity is approx 2 gallons, maybe more. I am told efficiency is close to 95% and there is <1psi pressure drop accross the IC.
Also have a choice of ProECM MAP sensor voltage clamp, or the 1 day used torquechip.com 8000rpm ECU with built in torque chip and MAP voltage clamp for $500 more.
A new kit with the less expensive air-air intercooler, smaller VF11 turbo and smaller 2.5" downpipe would sell for $3599 on my website - but with the bigger VF22 and 3" downpipe and 4 core AWIC for $5200. It would be $5900 with the ECU and all the upgrades above. The HKS BOV is a $150 upgrade, for a total of $6,050 total value.
All the kit needs is a fuel pump, rising rate fuel pressure regulator, and turbo coolant lines which can be tapped into the heater core coolant line or throttle body coolant line. This will cost about $250 for the pump and FPR, and $100 for the lines.
I would like $4499 obo for the kit and I will supply the missing fuel pump, RRFPR and coolant lines. $4200 without those three parts. With the 8000rpm ECU with torquechip built in I will take $4,999 for everything (and I include the pump, FPR and coolant lines). Or, subtract $400 from this price and buy the coolant lines, FPR and fuel pump direct from PDMturbos.com for only $350 instead of from me.
