Hey man, Im all for helping you out. It's just that I don't know how to install one. Sorry, have you searched online, they have some easy to read "do it yourself" stuff.

Hmmm, well if you want to learn then maybe we can go over it with each other (at least the MBC)...the boost gauge i think we'll need definate help...but also the cutting for the switch in the cabin i dont really have self-trust enough to start cuttin...wish Kris would help me with that...they did some work for shortfuseWRX...and did a nice job.

When does your gauge come in? I can help you with the gauge install. I go to work around 2 every day, so late morning would be OK time. We need to go get the fittings, but I know where to get them.

Do a search on the boards. I found this to be very helpful.

And the original author of the post is very knowledgable and helpful so the instructions work! I used em last weekend and installed an MBC and gauge.

Install your gauge inline with the bov vacum hose using a 't' connector. The electric I ran into my center console using the hot off the mirror controls (the yellow with red strand wire) and grounded it to the first large bolt. If you don't know how to remove the center console (where the e-brake sits), do a search for adjusting the security alarm, which is located under the e-brake too.

Hope this helps

the mbc is really easy to install, u can pretty much look at the hoses and tell where it goes, it goes where the T-fitting is, inlet is on the right, wastegate hose on the left
look at turboXs.com im sure they have instructions

I wanted to put it under the steering column but now im like ***...who cares...yours is way more convenient...yeh anyway i'm on a VERY tight budget, that's why im hesitating even getting a pod for the gauge...just leaving it in the pit for now would DEFINATELY prefer a frickin pod...but i dunno where to get one, the gauge i got is 2 1/16" so if anyone has like a single pod or something who doesnt need it anymore, than maybe i can take it off your hands...as far as the dremel, KRIS!?! Think i can stop by and have ya work it out? (just do some cutting) As far as the MBC i think I have most of it down, already have the hose clamps! Muahaha. Also there was a part that Dave had to go grab, anyone remember what it was? Other then that I think I get most of this. Reroute the pressure hose from the waste gate actuator to the silver nipple on the mbc...then take the extension hose and fit it onto the blue nipple and fit that to the waste gate. Connect the electrical plug and screw in...take the green wire and ground it...crap i just remembered, cant find my crimper...oh well just summarizing most of the beginning steps...its most just the cutting and ish im worried about...that and boost gauge installation.
