View Full Version : rain visors rock!
Yasin 08-06-2003, 05:09 AM If it rains where you live, get some!
Cheap, subtle, and very effective.
My windows have been a half inch down during a thunderstorm we're having, and my interior is nice and dry.
They take maybe 20-40 minutes to put in, and it's all of some clips and tape, yet they're pretty solid.
In the NW, these are very nice.

ok, so we put them on a half inch too far back. you can see it by the overlap in the third pic. they still function great, and the wind noise is hardly noticeable what with the hollow body panels and removed silencer...
jrowagon 08-06-2003, 11:10 PM Nice ... where did you purchase the visors ?
Yasin 08-07-2003, 02:38 AM thru a guy on the forum. D.A.R.E.
he's in Japan, and I believe they're 2-250 shipped.

turboICE 08-15-2003, 04:10 PM Get on his e-mail when available list - should be a button - that will give you dibs in the order that you were added to the list on from the button. And the best thing - no deposit, no obligation (though you stink if you back out), no fuss or hassle from Eddy. Just a note saying they came in, you are on the list within the number available call, write, pay, receive, etc.

XMEDIC 08-26-2003, 03:15 PM Rain visors are sweet and effective, they give my wagon a more finished look. Thanks for going through all of the trouble to get and ship them Eddie (CC-B)
What's up SOA ? I want heated mirrors, mud-flaps, side- blinkers ? You almost have to work for the U.N. to track all of these things down and when you do, $$$ ouch.
