in the projector light of the morette b/c i had to cover it with alot of tape and such b/c the person i bought it from i guess didnt send it with me or anything, owners with morettes, do you know what will hold in the H7 bulbs in the projector, am i missing a piece, if i am where can i get it???

There are (or should be) spring clip retainers behind the housings where the bulbs go in. The bulb is inserted and the retainer is clipped down into place, holding the bulb in securely. There is also a rubber dust cap that goes over the opening to seal it.
You need to improvise something better than just tape which isn't a good long-term solution. If you want to get replacement parts for what's missing, contact Z1 (www.z1auto.com). They are a Morette dealer and may have the parts on hand or be able to order them for you.
