When to the track the other day and rand my first pass of the night with a stage 4 fmic and VF22 with a 50 shot wet NX.
The thing is the clutch got glaze I think because I tray to run 17 PSI with the 50 shot but the clutch was slipping really badly.
The next run I only set the car at 17 PSI no NOS and the clutch was still not holding, (the strange thing is that I usually run 22 PSI no NOS on the track) and the clutch holds very well, this first time my stock clutch was not holding the power.

My best time of the night was 13.00 @ 105 at only 13 PSI of Boost and the 50 Shot.
Every time I tray to raise the boost the clutch started to slip again.

Well back to the original question:
I order the Exedy twin disc cluck do to I am waiting for a 20G turbo and hopefully changing that after Christmas for a GT 30R turbo.

Do you gays this clutch is over kill????/
Will this clutch Break my Tranny in to pieces.
I got the clutch at a great price only 200 dollars more than the single disc Hyper clutch.

Is the clutch overkill? Yes, probably. However your entire setup is overkill. That much power is going to break car parts. You gotta pay to play :o

Anyway, as long as you're willing to break your transmission the Exedy twin plate clutch should work really well on the drag strip. It might be a little harsh for street driving, though.....
