with a stand alone engine control can you still use obd2 to pass the emissions test?
i am swapping an ej22t block into a 98rs and will use the top half of my engine. this creates less wiring than a wrx swap and (i've heard it's more potent) i will use a stand alone or a piggyback. just need some input so i can get this done right.
