Does anyone know the direct website for Catz? Also are all aftermarket hid kits illegal for normal day and night driving? I live in the mountains and the stock subaru lights are not bright enough to really fell safe on those extra dark nights!

depending on your local laws, most likely HID kits have always been illegal to drive with. Just recently the gov made it illegal to sell them. you can still get them from a few vendors, though it's really hard to find the Catz kits.

It's illegal in any state to alter your stock headlamps (i.e. HID kits).

btw, you also wont find any catz hid kits anywhere. they arent selling them b/c of the laws / legal stuff. from what i remember, a few kits slipped out, but were only talkin about a handfull.
