By the way on my way to work on Tuesday I recieved a flat on the driver's side rear. The tire now is shredded, and needed replaced. I reccomend not trying to change a tire on a busy highway with cattleshoots along the shoulder. I got pelted with stones worse that spectating a rally.

SubieGal, if you want, you can drive on your flat tire to the closest tire service to patch it up there.

I have P7000 SuperSport, and I think they're awesome (except on ice http://208.9.184.67/NonCGI/frown.gif ). Once, I got a nail in one of them during a TSD. However I didn't really realize that because I was driving on like 3psi all the way home @75mph. Well, the car was pulling slightly to one side, but I thought I just kicked out my alignment during TSD.

The tire was patched up, and is still good even after that crazy sidewall abuse caused by zero pressure.

Strangely, but P7000 SP are not advertised as "nail-guard" (or something like that) tires.
