I ordered some 3.3ohm 1/4 watt resistors and plugged one in each yellow airbag connector and i am still getting an aribag light.. I have stock steering wheel so that is not an option..

I think they may have to be more than 1/4 watt. Take them out and check them visually and with an ohmeter to see if they are burned out.

Which of the two values would work best for this ?

3.0 OHM ½W or
3.6 OHM ½W ?

I'm ordering this from partsexpress and 3.3ohm is not available.

Seems like some are not having luck with 3.3ohm ¼ watts.
The subaru resistor made by Kentmore is a 3 ohm 1 watt resistor. Which one will it be ?

I'm using 3.0 OHM 1W resistors from partsexpress and no problems. I would say that 1/4W is definitely too low.

is this ohms or KOhms. 3.3ohms isn't that much and can be made by just winding up some cable.

3.3 OHMS, not K. You'd have to wind up a lot of cable to get that much resistance.
