When I hit the brake on my 2001 Impreza RS the panel illumination dims as does my compass I installed. Also, the brake lights are always on instead of running lights (I know they're brake lights becuase the light bar on my spoiler is lit as well). When I hit the brake, the brighen, but not enough to really notice. Anyone know what would be causing this?
