Looking to buy a catback from Hayward and Scott for a MY00 RS. But I'm trying to figure out if a Euro spec turbo rs (wrx...damn i feel dumb right now) exhaust piping is the same (mounting location and lengthwise) so I could have one fabricated for me. Does anybody know? I hope somebody has more experience in this than me... Thanks for the help in advance guys, its greatly appreciated.

I know the axleback section of the GC8 WRX's will fit 1999-2001 RS's. I have no experience with GC8 WRX midpipes, I guess I answered 1/2 the question...LOL.

The axle back will fit, the hangers should be the same but more than likely you will have to have a custom midpipe made to mate up the the axle back.

probably run you about 100.00 bucks to get that done.

where are you getting it from?

It will fit with some work. The hangers locations are the same. But the flange is different, RS has 2.25" pipe and WRX has 2.5" pipe from factory. Any muffler shop should be able to make it fit.
