Noob question, Sorry.

What do these steering rack bushings do?

Do a search under suspension and you'll get some good info. I just installed these on Sunday and they seem to tighten the feel of the car up a bit...more at high speeds or sharper turns. Great mod for the $$$...the install looked like a bit of a pain.
