i like the yellow stars badge and the 2.5RS is unique, but i would stick to one grill badge.

I might have to try that someday. I'd keep the 2.5RS badge in red, though. I didn't paint my Supertones, so they're still red. So the only thing that'd be "off" is my pink & gold 22B badge. :D

Although I still need a new front grille, if I ever have any stinkin' spare cash. I'm still debating between a Ver6 and the 22B one. I just don't like the idea of the 22B grille being fiberglass, and having to drill for it. I've talked to several people who say it rattles, too. Wish there were an OE one in plastic. Oh well!

His really looks, with those unpainted Morettes and all the unpainted V6 underbody lips, on a silver car, like someone punched the poor car in the face. Got a really funky "black eye" look that you have to love Subarus to appreciate. :lol:

that's garbage.
the reason they wouldnt seal very well is due to a poor install.

I used 3m windshield sealant/goo
and TONS OF IT.... it's rained plenty times since installation...
not a sign of leakage/seepage yet.

as usual, you get out of it what you put into it.
if you use the wrong sealant or not enough of it,
the lights will leak... any lights would :)

I used marine sealant- it's meant to be underwater all the time and not leak. Used 1/2 the tube on each side and it does not leak :lol:

takes a few coats.. but it worked :)

So just use a really small brush and go slow I am assuming? Glossy?

when i installed my sti tails i left as much of the goo from the previous lights on and also i used some silicone weatherproofing sealent came in a calk bottle was an ez install 2 but its rained really hard twice since install and no problems yet.

yeah on my tail lights i just used TONS of 3m windshield sealant

worked great.. even here in Seattle :D

For the JDM tails, they make tailight/trunk sealant stuff. I got some at Autozone IIRC. No problems so far.

It was a grille she got from the UK but it was meant for a 93-96 Impreza so she had it modified w/fibreglass to fit the 97-01 front end.

the mesh was part of the grill.
appears to be steel, not aluminum....

and what mike said is correct..
grill was meant for a 96ish IMP and i modified it ;)

it's a one off for shoooo ;)
