Bought a used set of Morrette's. A few problems and I don't know if they can be fixed. Does anyone know if replacement parts can be ordered or should I just fix them the best I can?

Try Adam at Z1 Performance. A few on here (including the electrical guru "Mulder") have recommended him on numerous occasions.

Perhaps if you post some detail about the problems you are having we can help you further. If you do actually need parts I agree with the recommendation to contact Z1 as they are a Morette dealer and should be able to get you what you need.

Yeah, I thought the same things and PM'd Z1. They been very helpful. I am still going to post a couple pictures for people to look at.

Hmm, those look like they are European-spec Morettes with the leveling motors. Not usually found here, domestic vendors sell the US-spec ones without the motors. Are they LHD beam pattern?

Not sure. Bought'em. Found the damage and I am trying to fix it before I install. Didn't want to drive without some assurance of safety.

The damage isn't really clear in those pics. Got any more that show it better?
Are the lights functional?

When you do install them see if the light pattern is like this or not: __/ __/

If they are like that, then you have LHD pattern. If they're like this: \__ \__ then you have RHD. You can mod the light pattern to LHD.

Everything is functional, but there is just some structural damage. I will try to post higher resolution pictures of the areas I am talking about tonight. This is becoming more a project than I imagined.

I bought a set of morettes from Rally Performance back in 2001 and they had both the leveling motors and a LHD light pattern. Unfortunately I cracked a lowbeam lens and the replacement canister didn't come with the motor mechanism on it :(

If it's just cracking, any good epoxy should take care of the issue.
