Does anyone really use three 3(no 4!) coin holders...?!?
Any good Mod ideas for switches, gizmos or whatnots in their place??

I put my IC water spray switch there.

They were originally for the headlight washers. That is where Peaty put his switches for his headlight washers.

Personally that is where I put the oil slick button, and removable/rocket launcher fog lights.

You'll want to install that special switch that allows you to turn on your charm and personality when confronted with a deadpan cop writing you a ticket!

What I did:

1. Relocated cruise control switch.
2. Relocated fog light switch.
3. Added a switch to disable my ABS.
4. Still thinking.

I've got the speaker for my hands-free kit in there.

You know, I found that if I go through A drive through and get change, I never had a place to put it. Then I got my RS, and all thats changed. Now I can keep like 300.00 dollars in change. No really, And it's so convenient. And,now here is the great part, there is no way to clean them out. All that dust really adds to the aesthetics. I love em, why would you want to remove them?

I will most likely put the switches for the hydrolics there. So I can have a convenient place to jump with ease. No really I will most likely put my nitro switchs there. Cool HUH.

Donate spare coin holders to WRX owners. They aren't shipped with coin holders, just blanks.

I have two extra holes down on that middle console... a switch to turn on the neons under the seats that light up both front and back seat leg area's..looks killer at night..and also my engine start button hahahah

I've been thinking of relocating or adding another switch for the sunroof there, so I don't have to reach up to open it. Yes, I'm lazy http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/biggrin.gif Haven't done it yet, mostly because I don't feel like ripping the stuff apart that you would need to rip apart. But maybe in the futue.... If I do, I'll take pics.

Anyone know where to find blank switches that would fit the holes nicely? Thinking of switch for sub..

I have an alpine 8063 alarm, andI put the display for the alarm in the coin pocket in front of the fuse holder. Looks mint and is completely stealth. I plan on putting the bass knob for my amps in the single coin holder in the center console. It's right where I always rest my hand. Maybe I will earn some points for ergonomics.

HondaH8ter - that's a great idea. I'd be interested in relocating my sunroof switch as well, if it would be fairly easy. (Of course I'd also like to convert the sunroof to a one-touch open/close) ...

I originally had my cell phone plug wired from the cigaretta lighter under the console and brought it up through one of those holes. It held my phone in place in the indentation for the e brake, but I got a smaller phone that wouldn't stay put, so it's no longer like that.

i had an idea to put another seperate switch to open the sunroof. its sometimes a pain to have to reach up to open the roof.

hey fletch, you got any pictures of the switches you did, i'd really like to see the abs and cruise control ones. what kinda switches did you use, are they subaru oem or whatever?

The control for the STi adjustable center diff also takes up one of those coin holder slots. We just got coin holders instead of blanking plates.
