hey guys...

i'm installing a greddy egt gauge down by the cigarette lighter and ash tray...i can't figure out where to tap the illumination and the ignition wire...the power and ground are easy...but i don't know where to do the other two wire...can anybody help me out?

Use a vampire tap....

and what wires do i tap for the ignition and illumination wires

parking lights and acc. will work
parking lights should be an orange or a black and white whire in the headlight switch , you can catch the wires at the base of the steering column

On the 02 the ignition wire is black if it is right next to the key barrel. They are heavy duty wires , maybe 12 gauge. It changes to green as it moves further away from the key.
