I recently had a set of Eurolite Xenon bulbs on my chevy s-10 they looked great but the brightness was horrible. Now that I have a 04 Suby i wanted to change all the stock headligths to like a bluish tinted light but I dont want to loose any brightness in the process like i do with buyin thos Pep Boy bulbs... Any help as to what i should look for or what bulbs u recommend? I need some help....

I wouldn't put tinted blue bulbs in my car to make it whiter but not brighter. The most I'll do is find a HID kit (I don't know where to find one that's good....).

If there are bulbs that are filled with Xenon Gas and they're clear instead of tinted with any color, then I'll take a shot at it, but not a bulb where there's a blue/purple tint.

well if you've got some cash...upgrade to some real nice bulbs... polarg VIP's in plasma purple look great are very functional. ...i had them on my GC for the longest time. stock wattage, yet a great increase in light output and quality...they also did not become useless in bad weather like regular "hyperwhites". piaa also makes great bulbs that everyone will suggest... www.carxpressions.com has great prices on the piaas....i dont know if they carry H1 though....

right now i have MTEC 4X bulbs in my 04RS ...they are 100W, but i only use them at night...usually just let the drl light them at a lower wattage...i got them off of ebay....they are real bright AND useful..except in foul weather, but then again i have a set PIAA 520 Ions for that :D i always joke around that these MTEC's are the highest quality ricer hyperwhites you can get :D.....

you may want to try posting the lighting and electronics forum to get some other suggestions..

the polargs i suggested are tinted purple, but have a reflective coating like piaas....they have a purpleish white tint to them....kinda like maybe a 5400K or something around that color...

whatever bulb you go with... DO NOT GO OVER YOUR STOCK WATTAGE... do a little research and you'll soon find that getting aftermarket bulbs may land you a huge bill for replacing your electrical harness... My recomendation would be Sylvania SilverStars, but they are more "white" than "blue."
