I have a 95L wagon with a 97 1.8 engine that is in dire need of some hacking. Its just real heard to find anything that i can just bolt on and even heard to find cheap mods that i can do my self. Does any one have any tips and websites/locations where i could get some parts.

Unless you buy a 2.2 or 2.5 powered car, then you'll need to swap it into yours. Attempting to build the 1.8 is futile, at best. Plenty of 2.2's out there for the picking (Legacys). Instant 135 or more hp.

I was thinking about just getting some pulleys and cold air intake and maybe some headres for now untill i can afford a 2.5 rs completly. =\ Any ideas on whats available?

Is it really worth trying? My philosphy is, I'd rather save up for something better rather than spending a lot of money for negligable gains.

I had a 1.8L once. Not much you can do to it. Except a turbo kit.:devil:

I had a 1.8 once too. It wasnt so cool. But an impreza L with a 2.5 is cool.
