Why 8" wide you might ask. A larger contact patch giving your car a wider stance for better handling. And of course it looks better! The wheel weighs in at 18.5lbs

Colors to choose from are: Silver, Gold, Gun Metal, Steel Grey, and Bronze.

Oh, and who doesn't want free Gorilla Locking lug nuts! The lugs are the chrome gorilla spline drive locking lugs. This is not just 4 locking lugs, this kit comes with all 20 spline lugs, and key.

Even if the wheel does fit, considering that the offset is +48, any tire that is 225 or wider will most likely rub w/o rolled fenders on a wagon. So is 215/45-17 too narrow a tire to fit on a 17x8 wheel? I really want these wheels but I'm not willing to roll my fenders to make'em fit.

I was going to sell them for $625 shipped but, Rota told me that that is too cheap. So, I had to raise the price.

Yeah, 215-45-17's will fit on the 17x8. You might have to roll your fenders with the 225-45-17, or if your auto-x or do track racing, you could always adjust the camber a bit more. But a 215-45-17 will work for sure.

Can you also run a 245 wide tire on a stock setup without running into camber problems?

I plan on putting on a pro-kit spring set if that makes a diffrence. Interested but still trying to decide. Thanks

I do plan on running adjustable suspension before putting these wheels on as they are for track use only. same here but I might just go the 225's with rolled fenders route. So does anyone know a place in L.I. that can roll fenders prpoerly.:)

Sucks I keep hearing in another thread that they won't fit at all and in another they will. Guess I'll wait till the 7.5" wide ones come out since the tires I have are only 215s anyways.

I called Rota directly and apparently these wheels were designed for the STi and Evo so they do indeed fit over the Brembos.

The only question I've been looking at now is 45 or 40 series tires...

i plan on mounting some falken azenis sports 225- 45 on it when i order my set

So you have Bronze Torques, if so I'm interested, but need to confirm availability.

I'm going to attempt to fit them on my wagon with some rear camber plates.

I ran some wide hoosiers this past weekend without any rubbing, so I should be in good shape.

They will clear the STi's brembo calipers. So, they should fit almost any other big break kit.

Hey everyone, it only took me 3 days to get my rims. I ordered them on Tuesday, they were here by Friday, holy crap! I wasn't expecting them to be here already! I hadn't even ordered my tires yet. Anyway, this deal is for real and the rims are perfect! Thank you revs for such a great deal. I will send pics soon. I have an blue 04 with steel gray rims.

Bump for a great vendor. Jay is a good guy!!! I ordered the Torques on Monday and got them on Thurday. Lugnuts and wheels... everything was in there as promised. I was emailed the tracking info to keep track of my order. Muhahahaha !!!! I'm going to be the first with Gunmetal Rota Torques in Omaha, Nebraska or ..or .. or maybe even the whole of Nebraska for that matter ...... :banana:

I talked to a customer today that has the Torques with 235-40-17's and STi "Pinks" (springs) on his 04 sedan, and he said that there was no rubbing, althought it was close in the back, but he reassured me that it worked out great.

7.5" wide Torques are available in Steel Grey, Bronze, Gun Metal, Gold, and Silver.

8" wide Torques are avialable in Bronze, Gold, and Silver

I just found out that I have to raise the price on the 8" wide Torques to $700 shipped, with lugs.

The 7.5" wide torques are $650 shipped with lugs
