IHI USA will replace your turbo if there is a mechanical failure - shaft/bearings/etc/compressor within this period. We have seen 2 failures this past month on 1 US and one grey market turbo. The US one purchased from me - was immediately replaced by IHI. The other -was turned away! The customer had to order a rebuild kit - for $250+ labour!

Speedmonkee is an authorized US Distributor and dealer of these turbos and superchargers.
