Do you think the 3rd cat from random tech will fit between a bosal downpipe and stromung 2.5 midpipe?

Will a random tech DP bolt up to a turboXS exhaust?

deft- You know you could just research such matters yourself. That's why they do have a search feature on nasioc. Well, I was bored and tried to figure it out myself. I believe it might not fit. If you have to have an adapter to make a turboxs dp fit a non-txs catback, it would make sense that a non-txs dp wouldn't fit the txs catback without some sort of adapter as well. This is only a theory, however, because I cannot find anyone who has this combination of parts.

Nino, will the Random tech system bolt to the stock cat back? Thanks

WRXBob- Most definitely. From looking at their site, they offer U/P and D/P for individual sale. If it did not fit a stock system, they would only offer these peices as part of a package.

ps- just trying to be helpful..I am not just that bored. :alien:

Judging from the last post on this thread, the system doesn't bolt up to the stock components because its 3" tubing all the way back :

I hope I'm wrong as I would love to get this setup and bolt either the downpipe with high flo cat or both that and the midpipe with high flo cat to the stock components. I have a Prodrive muffler that I don't want to lose.

Is it possible Nino?

The Random cat is a 2.25" unit.It will work on a stock system but you will need to find a different donut on the RS...

The WRX setup is a 3"

How much with the headgasket kit. I got the PE800s on right before my motor took a puke :( I am trying to get this stuff as cheap as possible but I am going to build it so it will never break at 300-350 whp. If you have any other suggestions for about the same price...I heard the 2.5 block is not really any stronger than the 2.0 so no point in just getting it for extra displacement as I want strength (with affordability :D) and a little better than I have. BTW this would be shipped to Godspeed which is where my baby sits at the moment.
