depends on your state of tune.

20+hp on a stock car. The sky is the limit from there. The unichip will help extract the most power out of your car.

how much could I gain with this on a WRX with, CAI, turbo back exhaust cat removed and greddy boost controller, light weight pulleys, TXS bov?

By ditching the boost controller, and installing the Unichip you will probably gain 20-30 HP.
