Yes, the Turbo XS works just fine with a VF34, or any VF series turbo.

I can get the Random Tech cat section for the 2.5. I do not have it in stock, and I would have to check availability. The price would be $399 +shipping.

What kind of exhausts will the random tech DP bolt up to?

The random tech will bolt up to anything that bolts up to the stock catalytic converter. The piping ID is 3 inches, so you have to make certain that you get a good gasket seal.
