MONSTER PORT SERVICE
We have been and still do perform what we refer to as our Monster Port service on turbos. This service has been under development for two years now and provdes several benefits: Better response, quicker spoolup, reduced boost creep, better "roll-on" acceleration, and quicker torque peak. Unlike most other porting services which simply smooth out the dimples and casting marks in the piece they are working on our system is different. We port match the exhaust housing to the downpipe gasket, resculpt the inside of the exhaust housing heavily, oversize the wastegate to help prevent boost creep, then smooth the area where the exhaust gasses enter the exhaust housing. The Monster Port service costs $195 plus shipping (shipping is on special thru April 1 at $2.99 for standard ground.)

by saying "put a big O'wheel in your turbo", does this mean that you can upgrade my 16G to an 18G? or does this just apply to VF series turbos? :D thanks, keep up the good work guys.

I also port turbos, and I can tell you that you could not be more wrong about what tools to use, and how long it takes to PROPERLY port a turbo
I use
Air die grinder and 4-5 different bits, and a rotozip with 3-4 different bits. It also takes an hour+. And I dont open up the wastegate at all(I do something else to it, but there is NO NEED WHATSOEVER to enlarge it (sorry jerry) )
Not to mention there are a LOT of complete morons that ruin their turbos trying to port them (the kind of guys that think they can take a dremel to it for 5 min)

DeadBolt, can you do anything with intake manifolds. As in honing out one. I am looking for a cheaper alternitive to Extrude Honing.

Unfortunatley not at the present time. We had signed up to be a dealer for Extrude, but after our first piece was done, we cancelled, very poor results. :(

Jerry, what kind of wheels can you put on a VF30 Compressor??? You machine the housing and balance the the CHRA, correct???

Please elaborate "Put a big ol wheel in your turbo" So you can put a big ol wheel in my stock but what can that do? Will that generate more power than say... a vf39? or how about a vf34? please elaborate on what you can do. Thanks.

If properly ported you will get MUCH better bost response and will spool up aroudn 300-400rpm sooner. On and off throttle boost is like a light switch on my vf22. It just snaps right back to full bost almost instantaniously (sp?)
