whats a 2000 impreza 2.5 rs run stock on a 1/4 mile???

I think around 15.5 or so depending on the driver.

I got my headers from www.isrperformance.com. They seem to be really customer friendly.

I ran a 14.0 with my car with a custom intake, 5zegin exaust and nitrous. I hope to brake into the 13's with my new Exedy clutch and lightend flywheel and MRT headers.

STOCK, as was asked, it was tested by magazines to run the 1/4 in the low 16's.

But the magazines suck at driving AWD cars. At least they did when the RS first came out, I have never heard of or seen anyone duplicate those times.
