My friend has been trying to sell his 87 XT, and has found a buyer.

This is the sad part. His brother went to jump the car the other day and mixed up the terminals. So now the car will not start, the dash display will not show up. But the automatic seat belts will work.

does anyone have any idea of what to check? we figured the typical fuses, but are there any hidden fuses/relays that would need to be checked?
