turbometrics,

Maybe you can clear something up for all of us here. Since you have the GC and GD KYB' sin the house, put them side by side and tell us the difference

As a TS wagon owner, I am at a loss as to why kyb doesn't make struts for wagons.

Most people say the kyb's for the GD's are too long in front

Others say the GC on the GD wagon is a perfect fit,

do you have any insight?

I'd love a set but I don't know what to buy for the wagon.

If you want to put KYBs on your 02+ Impreza Wagon, use GC struts in the front and GD struts in the rear. They will fit perfectly.

The only thing I have in stock right now is a complete GC set. There is a two week lead time on everything else.

Thanks Joe!

Garner - It looks like the GCs will work. They're yours if you want them!

I have a friend that had that exact set-up and it seemed his ass end was a little too low. I am under the impression that the rear spring perches are too low on the GC versions. The result being that if a reear spring should give you 1" of drop with stock struts, it will give 1"+ with the GC kybs...

I'd love for someone to measure the two and see if this is the case.

Sam, I think I'd rather do the GC/GD hybrid set-up at this point, what can you do for me on that??

Garner,

I can sell you the hybrid for $449 + shipping, which will be around ~$40. You can expect them in about two weeks at the most.

If you are interested you can purchase them here:

...just add a note specifying your set-up.

Thanks!

Sam
