I'm getting a lot of boost creep after i gutted my up and down pipe cats. I've read that one way to get rid of boost creep is basically porting the waste gate. Is there another way to minimize it with the help of engine management?

My only mods are gutted uppipe, bosal down pip, and greddy cat back.

You could put more restriction back to the exhaust........ It would hurt performance, but help boost control. A muffler silencer would probably do the trick.
