I always thought it was odd that Arizona bars closed down at 1 am. Coming from Portland, we never left the house until 10:00-10:30. I still think 3 am is the best time. Give us sober people another couple hours to get off the road. ;)

I doubt it. I haven't been on a rez for a long time, but the last time I lived on one they had the same alcohol laws as everywhere else. I can't see it being any different now.
That would be hilarious to see the reservations exercise their right as sovereign nations and say, "Well, we think our last call is going to be 4am. What are you going to do about that?" I'm sure it's easier to just go with the flow, but it'd be interesting to see a reservation actually do such a thing, especially when social politics are in place such as alcohol laws.
Hrmm, I think the rezs could bring in much more tourist dollar if they did up their last call above and beyond the rest of AZ. Especially in places like the Pima county area.
