At long last.

I ordered mine from Speedgear. They're $65.00 - it is from one of the gravel rallies, like GB or Acropolis. I was hoping for a tarmac setup, but I have no complaints.
I'll let you know when it arrives.

Keep us updated! What maker is it? UT? Maisto? AutoArt?

I was going to order a 1/24th scale WRC car from here - http://ewa1.com/w/wwnewmnf.htm

http://ew1.com/md/trf1116.jpg

search for TRf1116 on the page to find that one...

http://ew1.com/md/trf1107.jpg

and TRF1107 for that one. http://208.9.184.67/NonCGI/smile.gif

I think they're both $39 each.

8-

I looked on their site, the model numbers you listed are Model cars in 1/43rd scale.

I couldn't find the 1/24th scale cars.

It's UT - great detail / quality

-but it's not here yet-

They also have the Lancer/Corolla/Focus WRCs in 1/18 - scads of other cash-devouring items. Go to the website and tell them you want more WRC stuff!

 This is pretty cool.. that area is about 30 minutes from my house... I'll call them up and see how late they are opened or if they are opened on Saturdays. Finally, I have been looking for these models for a while.. the only ones I find are the 1/43rs scales.. too small I'll let you guys know how the place is.

Replicarz has some pretty good deals on model cars. In die cast they have the Subaru 22B in 1:18 scale by Auto Art for $9.95 and the Subaru Impreza WRC '99 driven by Richard Burn in 1:18 by Auto Art for $59.95. They also have some plastic model kits of the Subaru. Of course there are all the other WRC cars too.

Myself, I have the Tamiya 1:24 model kits of the Subaru, Lancer, and Toyota. Plus a 1:20 Ferrari F1, and then in DieCast I have the three Mercedes Benz CLK GTR LeMans, a 1:18 McLaren F1 (placed 3rd at LeMans a few years back), and a 1:43 MClaren. Oh, and a Ferrari 355 too.

I love my toys.

Oops, the address is www.replicarz.com (http://www.replicarz.com)

Doh! Sorry, I musta read/remembered it wrong. Still a sweet looking car though. http://208.9.184.67/NonCGI/smile.gif

Tim K. - Thanks for the links... I was going nuts the other week trying to find diecast places that'd sell cars like this. http://208.9.184.67/NonCGI/smile.gif

I've got the 1/43 of Kankkunen's 99 Monte Carlo car. Real nice detail for such a little model. I've seen the Corolla in the 1/18th in Australia and the detail is amazing. When the Subie gets done it should be nothing short of spectacular.. http://208.9.184.67/NonCGI/smile.gif

I called Speedgear today and it took them forever to find the order number. I can't remember the number (it's in my Sube) but the number she gave me ended in 22B so I assume this is the 22B model verses the WRC car. Anyway she said they'll be available in about 2 weeks...around the 15th she said. Whoo Hoo!

Ed,

Can you ask them when their Auto Art 1:18 cars are expected? I preordered my 1:18 22B awhile ago. Just wondered if they had a date yet.

I love Replicarz. I've been buying from them for about 6 or 7 years now.

The 2nd model on 8Complex's post belongs to Russia's Rally Champ V. Uspensky. I had a chance to drive his practice car when I was in Moscow. He owns the biggest Subie dealership there. That car was awesome!!! LHD Ver III. WOW!!!
