Well I finally decided to paint the badge on the front of my car. I went with red since my car has a lot of other red accents on it (rally blue car). I must say that I am most delighted with the results. It really adds much needed color to the front of the car. The mod was relatively easy and it only cost me around $8 to do it. I give this mod two thumbs up...way up.

Excellent! I did mine about a week ago. I've got a MY00 Blue Ridge Pearl and painted mine the lighter Rally Blue. Looks nice I must say. I'll post pics soon including the RallyX pics.

hehe...cheap and fun way to change teh look of your car. I personally painted the bade on my rally blue pearl RS a bright racing orange. Everybody who sees it thinks it is some sort of rally homologation limited edition of like 100 or so with some "Special souped up 500+ horsepower engine modded to @#$$ and back" Yeah, I wish!! http://208.9.184.67/NonCGI/biggrin.gif Anyhow, i think the bright orange on a rally blue car makes it look so cool, and really goes with the whole look of the first year RS and the gold wheels. IMHO that is my favorite year (although on mine, i did swap to the rally style bumper, and did some other mods.) but i like the overall engine (QUAD cam Baby!) design. you can purchase extra from your parts dpt at the dealer... they are like only like a couple of bucks....

I don't remember exactly because when i got them i was buying 200 dollars worth of other stuff too
